We had a really fun relaxing day playing games at home, getting a bit messy and a beautiful walk to the woods with a little stop on the way to give some horses some love. There was one big upset when Nixie & our cat, Muad'Dib got into a bit of an argument and she got scratched but happy to say they became friends again shortly after and were back to loving each other. He really is the most patient cat, it takes a lot for him to reach the stage of scratching her. And I'm so happy to have been able to get a photo of me reading her a story before bed, it's a very new thing that had just started the week before and it's something I'd been waiting for, she just wasn't interested in story time before bed but now it's became a part of our evening rhythm and I love it!
