A perfect day to get messy
If we're not outside enjoying the outdoors then we're usually doing something creative indoors and today I let Nixie do some full on body painting. Besides playing in muddy puddles, getting herself all covered in paint is her next favourite thing to do. Nixie's first ever horse riding experience!

I feel such bliss right now and feel completely enveloped in the most beautiful love. It's 19:00 and Nixie has just fallen asleep and I'm right beside her enjoying listening to her sweet little breath, and I can't help but think how since having a child how the littlest of things can bring me such comfort and bliss. Finally Saw the Piggies!

Holland's Wood Wandering
What an incredible day me and Nixie have had. I woke up feeling pretty rough, I had barely gotten any sleep, Nixie kept me up most of the night, wanting to nurse all of the time. Everything has completely shifted and Nixie is finally settled. It’s 19:00 and she’s peacefully asleep and i have some time to write.
